Fail-Safe Hotel Gym Workout

Some hotel gyms are seriously lacking when it comes to the number of machines, variety of equipment, and space they have.  This problem leads to an excuse I hear a lot “I was traveling and the gym just didn’t have what I needed.” Well guess what, there is one piece of equipment they all have… The dumbbell!

This workout can be done in ANY hotel gym, apartment gym, or even in your living room (You can get dumbbells at any sports store).

Multi-Plane Lunges (3 sets, 12 reps)
Suitcase Dead-Lifts (3 sets, 12 reps)
Dumbbell Row (3 sets, 12 reps)
Tempo Push-Ups (3 sets, 12 reps…20 reps if advanced)
Dumbbell Wood Chop (3 sets, 12 reps)
Active Plank (3 sets, 20 reps)

Traveling is no excuse to take a break from your workouts!
