Summer is in full swing, but it’s not too late to get that 6-pack before your next beach vacation! Below is an ab routine you can do multiple times throughout the day, while you’re traveling, or tack it on to any workout you’re already doing!
Pointers (10 each side)
Slow/Fast Bicycles (10 with a 5 second hold & 10 fast)
Heel Taps (20)
Modified Side Planks w/knee tuck (10 each side)
Plank Saws (20)
Remember abs don’t just come from working out, so this routine is NOT an excuse to start drinking more of that other type of 6-pack… It’s all about balance!
