La’s Foam Rolling Routine: Your Muscles’ New Best Friend

Not only is everyone working extra hard on those summer bodies, but it’s also traveling season!  That means sore muscles on top of long flights with little to no leg room and even longer road trips without being able to stretch.  Let your foam roller become your best friend!  It’s the best way to loosen up those muscles and work out the knots, plus they’re light and easy to travel with so you can can have one with you wherever you go this summer!

Follow this routine whenever you feel like you need to just loosen things up, and remember don’t rush through this, the more time you take the better you will feel!
