Medicine Ball Workout
Squat to Press (10 Reps)
Reverse Lunge w/Rotation (10 Reps Each Side)
Single Leg Med Ball Reach (10 Reps Each Side)
Med Ball Bicep Curl w/Jack (10 Reps)
Tricep Push Up (10 Reps)
Toe Touches (10 Reps)
Kneeling Med Ball Rotation (10 Reps Each Side)
(3 FULL ROUNDS)
